My review:

I was given a wonderful opportunity to review a candle from Jewelry in Candles. They just launched their site today and it looks spectacular! The candle I got to review is Lavender.

I love the decorative box the candle came in. Another great thing about Jewelry in Candles is the choice of jewelry. Right now they only have candles with rings available, but soon they will comes out with more like necklaces, earrings, pendants and more. You also get to choose the size that you want as well. So let’s say you wanted to get a Chocolate scented candle with a ring. You can choose the size ring that you want. I chose a size 8 ring when I requested the Lavender candle.

Here is a picture of the candle taken out of the box. As you can see in the upper right hand picture  there is one wick in the candle. Before you light your candle, make sure you cut the which about 1/4 from the wax. I’ve learned from not doing that and it messed my candles up. None of them burned properly till I started trimming the wick before I burn it, lol. I also removed some of the label on the candle so you can see where the jewel was located. I was a bit surprised as to how close it was to the top. Other candles that I have reviewed had the jewel in the middle or close to the bottom. I did enjoy this because then I wouldn’t have to wait a century for the jewel to show and then remove, lol.

I lit the candle and I would have to say it burned for about 20 minutes or so before the foil became visible. I grabbed my tweezers and pulled the prize on out. This part is always exciting because you never know what’s going to be hidden in the foil. I felt like a child in a candy store, lol.

And here is the beauty! It’s a bit thick for a ring, but it is a lovely piece. I love the hearts that are cut into the ring. Cleaning the wax off the ring was pretty easy I would have to say, lol. I do enjoy the ring though!

I love how the candle and the ring together. It looks amazing! I don’t know if you can see it, but in the bottom picture on the right, I was able to get a view of the engraving on the ring. I believe 925 means that it’s sterling silver. I’m not to sure, but I believe it is. The ring is pretty durable as well and doesn’t feel flimsy at all. I do love the quality and the fact that the ring fits as well! I enjoy the candle from Jewelry in Candles and the scent is to die for! It fills the house with this lovely aroma =)
